PROJECT BLOOM

One of the most beautiful creations of God are the flowers. According to what I’ve read flowers are so important, from nature to human use. Flowers can feed insects, birds, animals, and humans. Further they provide, natural medicines for humans and some animals. Most importantly, without flowers, plants would simply be green, and the world would be a duller placed.

In line with this, Mabalacat Elementary School supports Back to School: Let a Million Flowers Bloom Project.

Through the effort of the school head, teachers, and utility workers the school was planted with santan plants, other flowering plants, and ornamental plants to beautify the surroundings and most specially to help in preservation and conservation of our natural resources.

And since face-to-face classes are not yet allowed, our pupils were encouraged to plant, cultivate, and take good care of the flowering plants and all the other plants growing in their gardens. Some parents sent their pictures while doing the activity and permitted us to use the photos for documentation.

Mabalacat Elementary School will continue its mission in protecting the environment and raising awareness in nature conservation.

As the saying goes “ If we could see the miracle of a single flower clearly our whole life would change.”
