LR on WHEeLS Advocacy Video (Tagalog)

LR on WHEeLS was first launched in Calay IP School located in Barangay Lun Masla, Malapatan, Sarangani Province in the presence of local stakeholders.

Using the access point antenna and tablets donated by Conrado and Ladislawa Alcantara Foundation, Inc. the LR on WHEeLS project was tested with learners accessing the lessons from their homes.
