Mr. Ricky C. Alfon is a distinguished educator and school leader known for his academic excellence and dedication to the community. A proud graduate of Caramoan Community College (CCC) in 2015, Mr. Alfon set a high standard for his peers early on by passing the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) with flying colors, earning the prestigious rank of 7th National Placer.
Committed to continuous professional growth, he pursued graduate studies at the University of Nueva Caceres (UNC) in Naga City, where he successfully Completed Academic Requirements (CAR) for a Master of Arts in Education, major in Educational Leadership and Management (MaEd-ELM).
Further solidifying his credentials as a school leader, Mr. Alfon is a passer of the National Qualifying Examination for School Heads (NQESH). Currently serving as Teacher III, he holds the vital role of Teacher-in-Charge (TIC) of Lidong Elementary School, where he applies his leadership expertise to guide both faculty and students toward academic success.

Mrs. Jessica L. Alfon is a dedicated and passionate educator with over a decade of commitment to the teaching profession. She earned her degree from Caramoan Community College (CCC) in 2014, laying the foundation for a career defined by service and academic growth.
As a Teacher III, Ms. Alfon currently serves as the Grade 1 Adviser, a foundational role where she is instrumental in shaping the literacy and social development of young learners. Her approach to teaching is marked by deep dedication, ensuring that her students receive a nurturing and effective learning environment during their first formal year of elementary school.
Furthering her professional expertise, Ms. Alfon has completed 18 units of her Master of Arts in Education, major in Educational Leadership and Management (MaEd-ELM) at the University of Nueva Caceres (UNC) in Naga City. Her pursuit of higher education reflects her drive to stay at the forefront of modern pedagogical practices and school management.
Mrs. Mabeth V. Arcilla is a dedicated and forward-thinking educator who has been serving the community since her entry into the teaching profession. She is a proud alumna of Caramoan Community College (CCC), where she earned her degree in 2016.
In her current capacity as a Teacher II, Ms. Arcilla serves as the Grade 5 Adviser. In this role, she plays a vital part in preparing her students for the transition to higher elementary levels, focusing on developing their critical thinking skills and academic independence.
Believing in the importance of continuous improvement, Ms. Arcilla is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree at Catanduanes State University (CatSU). Her dedication to graduate studies demonstrates her commitment to bringing advanced educational strategies and specialized knowledge back to her classroom at Lidong Elementary School.
Mrs. Sherryll S. Papillera is a vibrant and dedicated educator who brings a unique energy to the primary department of Lidong Elementary School. A graduate of the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) – Calabanga Campus, she carries with her the high academic standards and innovative training of her alma mater.
Currently serving as a Teacher I and the Grade 2 Adviser, Ms. Papillera is known for her creative and active approach to instruction. She is kinesthetically inclined in the performing arts, a talent she seamlessly integrates into her teaching. By incorporating movement, rhythm, and artistic expression into her lessons, she caters to the diverse learning styles of her young students, making the classroom a place of discovery and joy.
Ms. Anastacia R. Bernas is a vibrant and motivated educator who brings enthusiasm and fresh perspectives to the classroom. A proud graduate of Caramoan Community College (CCC), she is part of the dedicated group of alumni who have returned to serve their local community with excellence.
As a Teacher I and the Grade 3 Adviser, Ms. Bernas serves as a bridge for students transitioning from the primary grades into the more advanced elementary curriculum. Known as a dynamic educator, she is highly regarded for her ability to adapt to the changing needs of her learners, ensuring that her classroom remains a lively and productive environment where every student feels encouraged to participate.
