Kalawaan Elementary School adopts and implements the official Department of Education (DepEd) Citizen’s Charter, in compliance with Republic Act No. 11032, otherwise known as the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018.
The DepEd Citizen’s Charter outlines the frontline services of the Department, including procedures, requirements, processing time, and responsible offices. As a public school under the Department of Education, we adhere to these established service standards.
