MISSION
To provide quality education that is equitably accessible to all and to lay the foundation for a life long learning, imbibed values and service for the common good.
VISION
Jagobiao National High School envisions every learner to be functionally literate, equipped with life skills, appreciative of arts and sports and imbued with the desirable values geared towards an upright and productive citizen.

To protect and promote the right of every Filipino to quality, equitable, culture-based, and complete basic education where:

Teachers facilitate learning and constantly nurture every learner.
Administrators and staff, as stewards of the institution, ensure an enabling and supportive environment for effective learning to happen.
