Technical Vocational Livelihood (TVL) Information Communications Technology (ICT) specialized in Computer System Servicing. The ICT strand envisioned to equip and foster students with knowledge and skills in the tech field of computer system and servicing. Competencies in this strand are National Certificates-aligned for Senior High School graduates for higher change to venture into their own business, higher employability and taking its related degrees in college. Ipil National High School has been a recipient of the Joint Development Voucher Program (JDVP) where NC takers in the recent school year 2019-2020 made a history of attaining a 98% mark.

Technical Vocational Livelihood (TVL)-Home Economics (HE) specializing in Hairdressing, Wellness Massage (Hilot) and Beauty Care (Nail Care) Services designed to develop students’ skills useful for livelihood. It is a curriculum that provides specialized hands-on skills and competency-based subjects. Students of Home Economics in Ipil National High School undergo National Certifications (NC) Level II and III respectively which increases the employability after graduation in Senior High School. The school has made a great achievement in this strand during school year 2019-2020 for having a 100% passing rate in NC Level II for both Hairdressing and Wellness Massage.
