Reminders
Last October 1, 2023, DepEd migrated from Google Workspace (previously known as DepEd Email) to Microsoft 365. All DepEd Teaching and Non-teaching personnel will use the DepEd Microsoft 365 account as their official DepEd Email Account.
For newly hired employees, a temporary account will be created for you which is the Google Workspace account. A Google Workspace account is provided for you to temporarily access Google Workspace or Google apps such as forms, docs, sheets, drive except Gmail, while waiting for the creation of your DepEd Microsoft 365 Account.
Once your Google Workspace account is created, NO NEED TO REQUEST for a DepEd Microsoft 365 account because we will automatically send a request to the DepEd Central Office - ICTS.

Be REMINDED of the following, before filling-out a request form:
For NEWLY HIRED EMPLOYEES WITH NO EMPLOYEE ID NUMBER yet, prepare a scanned/image copy of your CERTIFICATION OF EMPLOYMENT signed by the School Head where you are designated AND REPORT ON APPOINTMENT ISSUED previously known as NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT (or APPOINTMENT OF TRANSMITTAL AND ACTION FORM if NOA is not available). Pursuant to Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), we do not process requests for an individual made by other people. That individual must personally submit the request using their own personal/alternate email.
ONLY THREE (3) password resets are allowed within a year. When the requestor exceeds the number of allowable password reset, he/she should write a letter addressed to the Schools Division Superintendent attention to the It Officer stating the reason why the account is to be reset again. Invalid reasons may lead to account suspension.

Provide all the necessary information with utmost accuracy.
Limit your request to one message only. Flooding or multiple submissions for one or same request within a day will result in its cancellation.

Observe proper safekeeping of your Google Workspace account credentials.

Pursuant to Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), ONLY the ICT Coordinator and School Head can request for the processing of creation or resetting of password of the School Google Workspace.
The school head and School ICT Coordinator must use their Google Workspace accounts when requesting for the processing of the creation and resetting of password of the School Google Workspace.
