SUCCESSION PLANNING
The Succession Planning of the Department of Education Region IV-A CALABARZON is a proactive step to secure its future leadership through the Succession Development Plan for 2025. This forward-thinking initiative ensures organizational stability and leadership continuity by identifying and preparing high-potential employees for key roles. Aligned with CSC Memorandum Circular No. 3, s. 2012 and the PRIME-HRM framework, the program focuses on nurturing internal talent to fill leadership positions that may become vacant due to retirement, promotion, or other factors. Through this strategic approach, DepEd CALABARZON is not only safeguarding leadership transitions but also reinforcing its commitment to long-term excellence in education and governance.
