The I-RISE Program (Induction, Readiness, and Improvement for Starting Employees) is a strategic initiative launched by DepEd Region IV-A CALABARZON to support the seamless integration of newly hired employees into the organization. It is designed to provide them with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary for a smooth transition into their roles within the department.

Aligned with the PRIME-HRM framework, the I-RISE Program aims to create a supportive environment where new employees feel valued, prepared, and motivated to succeed, ultimately contributing to the overall success of DepEd Region IV-A CALABARZON.

Project SHARE, launched by the Department of Education Region IV-A CALABARZON, is a long-term initiative focused on enhancing the financial wellness of Regional Office Personnel (ROP). Designed to promote financial literacy and responsible financial habits, Project SHARE is inspired by the Community Managed Savings and Credit Association (CoMSCA) model by World Vision International. The program fosters a structured system of saving, lending, and earning interest, empowering employees to establish Self-Help Associations that help them take control of their finances, build savings, and achieve greater financial stability.
