In an attempt to refine its objective, The Official Student Publication of Fernando Air Base Integrated National High School opted to rectify its identity.
The Searchlight, the former name of this newspaper, is celebrated as one of the top publications in the Division of Lipa City, and with that, its achievements shall forever be honored by this institution.
On the other hand, ESQUADRON (Spanish for squadron), this publication's newfangled identity, longs to repute itself as an homage to its immediate community-- Basilio Fernando Air Base and to the alumni that have become gallant soldiers themselves.
To the uniformed men of the Philippine Air Force who help make our campus the safest, most secure academic institution, from the Esquadron Staff, salud!

n an effort to improve the healthcare service system, on June 27, 2025, President BongBong Marcos declares the Veterans Access to Lifetime Optimized Healthcare (VALOR). This launched in the clinic of Fernando Airbase Hospital in Lipa City.
Resource speakers— Aneequa Louisse L. Burgos, Ma’am Alma Dimaano, Sir Louijene Espinosa, and Ma’am Yvette L. Ang Presyo ng Tagumpay
Malaki ang naging epekto ng pandemya sa pag-aaral ng mga kabataang Pilipino, lalo na sa mga nasa elementarya. Sa yugtong ito ng pag-aaral dapat unang nahuhubog ang kakayahan sa pagbabasa, pagsusulat, at pag-unawa sa mga bagay sa paligid. Ngunit nang dumating ang pandemya, tila nawalan ng gana ang maraming mag-aaral sa pag-aaral.
Know nothing, no knowledge, just AI
What is most troubling is that students know excessive reliance on AI can dull their creativity, yet they continue to overuse it, tempted by how quickly it can finish their assignments. But if all they know is how to input prompts into AI, can they truly understand and solve problems on their own? Instead of thinking independently, they hand over the responsibility to a machine.
Justice or Just Rage
One accusation, one screenshot, and one tweet in pure context is all it takes, No court, no evidence, not even appeal, and someone's reputation is ruined. That is what cancel culture is now... it became more like public execution, quick, easy and entertaining.
