It is a privilege and an honor to share my impressions and experiences of working with Tiffany Marie Helican, an English teacher in La Paz National High School, under the Department of Education (DepEd) - Schools Division of Iloilo City. I have known Ma'am Helican to be very proficient teacher, especially in oral and written communication. She possesses the relevant skills, knowledge, values, and attitudes necessary as facilitator of learning and agent of societal transformation. She has the necessary physical, emotional, and mental capabilities to be able to excellently discharge teaching responsibility. She has also the undoubted potential to be future education leader.
As her Education Program Supervisor in English, I firmly believe that she is very qualified and eligible to be part of the school head academy. To attest, she has been a very proficient and eloquent speaker and lecturer, likewise, a very competent teacher-demonstrator in many of our training in the Division. With her ample talents and capabilities, she is still open for continuous self-improvement to effectively and efficiently serve education clients and stakeholders.
