Out of the 92 participants from 8 municipalities and q city of the Province of Cagayan, Mr. Dexter John T. Monje got a spot and was one of the awardees of the Twenty Outstanding Youth Leaders of Cagayan (TOYLC). The first-ever search for TOYLC last January 2021 was initiated by Hon. Alniñoson Kevin M. Timbas, the Provincial SK Federation President. Meanwhile, one of the alumni of the school, Mr. Harry G. Alegado was also included in the lucky top 20 circle of outstanding youth leaders.

During the 35th Oath Taking Ceremony of Professional Teachers at Cagayan State University-Andrews Campus, Mr. Dexter John Monje was awarded as the 5th Regional Topnotcher among the March 2019 board passers in Region 2. Graduated with the Degree Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences Major in Economics Minor in Psychology, he earned 18 units of professional education and took Social Studies specialization during the lincesure exam.
