Dr. Ana Liezel Villaver leads the Social Mobilization and Networking Unit and concurrently serves as the Division Partnership Focal Person. She oversees key partnership and engagement programs and represents the Schools Division in various inter-agency and stakeholder bodies.

Ghislaine Marie Aballe serves as the alternate of the Senior Education Program Specialist in Social Mobilization and Networking. She also serves as the Division Information Officer and Division Public Assistance Coordinator, supporting clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and responsive public service.
