The Department of Education (DepEd) General Trias City recently signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Quipper Philippines Inc., a leading provider of Learning Management System (LMS) solutions. The MOA signing ceremony was attended by top management officials of SDO General Trias, including OIC-Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Ivan Brian L.
