Project Title: Ambisyon: SAGIP (Sagipin At Gabayan ang Indibidwal sa Pag-aaral) 

Anchored to SDO Rizal's Project AKAP

Problem Statement: As of School Year 2024-2025, the school have recorded 48 out of 1,218 or 3.94% learners at risk from JHS grade 7-10.

Project Objective Statement: To attain 100% transition rate.

Root Cause: Confluence of factors characterized by family and financial problems, health condition, distance of school from home, early marriage and teenage pregnancy, and learners compelled to work to support personal/family needs.
