Organizational Knowledge is vital in addressing the changing needs and trends within an organization in order to create an environment conducive to learning and knowledge sharing. The guiding force behind Organizational Knowledge is productivity and innovation.     The organization needs to ascertain what information is required for the operation of its procedures and attain product and service conformance.

    This information will be preserved and made available to the greatest vital. When adapting to evolving trends and demands, the organization shall take into account its existing understanding and decide how to obtain or obtain any other information and updates that are needed knowledge unique to an organization is known as organizational knowledge, usually acquired by experience. It is data that is exchanged and utilized to fulfill the goals of the organization.        Knowledge about organizations can be according to; a) Internal Sources (such as intellectual property, the knowledge acquired with experience, knowledge from mistakes and triumphs initiatives, gathering and disseminating knowledge and experience that isn't documented; the outcomes of enhanced services, goods, and procedures.
