Narrative Report on Narrative Photography Contest

Every year, schools, colleges and universities celebrate their respective foundation anniversary to commemorate the day when the school was established. It is significant not only because of the number of years it has served the community where it belongs but more importantly its contribution to the lives of the many people benefited from the institution. This is special when the entire school along with the parents, learners and stakeholders gathered together virtually to reflect on the humble beginning and the journey of the school over the passed years.

Cuenca National High School celebrated its 23^rd Founding Anniversary on February 26, 2022 with a theme: “ Dalawampu’t Tatlo: Pundasyon, Proseso at Produkto -CNHSians- Kabataang Huwaran, Dangal ng Paaralan. In line with this several preparations have been made for this event to materialize. Subject Coordinators were gathered virtually to conduct meeting regarding the planned contests of the respective subject areas.

In support of this event, the Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao teachers chose to have the Narrative Photography as their contest. Preparation of the mechanics and criteria were made available to participants. These has been posted in the respective ESP group chats as well as the CNHS facebook group. The contest was participated by the Grade 7 to 10 students. The hailed winners of the contest were awarded during the virtual Founding Anniversary celebration.

Indeed, the celebration was made possible and successful even amidst the pandemic
