Network Cable Configuration is a process of creating cable that will be used in creating a network between computer, routers, switches and storage network. A good ethernet cable configuration termination provides a proper wire crimp.

1. A straight-through cable has an identical end.

5. A crossover cable has one end with the Orange set of wires switched with the Green set.
