The goal of the school is to implement programs and projects that help attain the goals and objectives of basic education services. Programs and projects are geared towards the realization and attainment of the School Based Management System such as expanding access, improving quality and enhancing effectiveness and efficiency of basic education services. It also aims to implement programs and thrusts focused on the development of the learning areas on pupil and staff development, curriculum enhancement, physical facilities improvement and community extension services to meet the challenges and demands of the society and improve the quality of education by developing and introducing innovations with emphasis on the use of modern technology.

As it is mandated by the government of Basic Education Act of 2001, Concepcion Elementary School prepare a School Improvement Plan which was being prepared by the School Improvement Team, The School Planner.

The planning team developed tools designed to assist the school in the formation and use of an action portfolio that will guide and inform the school’s Continuous Improvement (CI) Planning process. The school head began the process by calling a general school assembly of the stakeholders. She presented the school profile regarding the issues and concerns that need to be addressed. The school improvement planners and the stakeholders set the bases for the preparation.
