PATHWAYS FOR LCSHS LEARNERS
What is our "One-Stop-Shop" all about?
One-Stop-Shop is intended to showcase our latest news and programs of the "Get the HEAT" to our learners, and to guide them of their possible curriculum exits upon finishing senior high school: trabaho (employment), negosyo (entrepreneurship), middle skills development, and kolehiyo (college)
This one-stop-shop also aims to provide direction and ability for learners to have career readiness, effective future planning, efficient career decision-making, and career maturity achievement.
We are showcasing the different curriculum exits with the following information:
information about the different college courses in line with the chosen senior high school (SHS) strand
different Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) courses
insights and guidance on Negosyo or business thru Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)
information about the different work opportunities after senior high school thru the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)
Get the HEAT, which stands for Health, Education and Technology, is a local school initiative of Lipa City Senior High School. Grounded on the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
To promote the best practices in education for sustainable development, the initiative aims to connect with other stakeholders and partners through community linkages and partnerships as part of an evolving educational landscape, offer guidance on learners’ curriculum exit and career path after senior high school, and empower learners, teachers, and stakeholders on the use of ICT on the new normal instructional delivery.
This initiative has been divided into three components with various activities for each: Health, Education, and Technology.
