It was in 1976 when the Sangguniang Barangay of Bayugo headed by Barangay Captain Domingo Carlos purchased a portion of land along Paraiso St.,Bayugo, Meycauayan, Bulacan.
A three-classroom building was built on this land and it was occupied by grades I and II classes. Mrs. Estrella E. Dela Cruz handled grade I and Mrs. Myrna Inot in Grade II. After Mrs. Inot, Miss Bernadette Balena handled grade II class. It was in 1988 when the first Teacher-In-Charge (TIC) position was given to Bayugo Elementary School and it was in the person of Mr. Graciano G. Bautista. He served as Teacher-In-Charge of Bayugo Elem. School up to 1989 only and decided to shift into Master Teacher’s position. After Mr. Bautista, Mrs. Estrella E. dela Cruz became the teacher-In-Charge of Bayugo Elem.School. on July 27, 1998, Mrs. E. dela Cruz retired and Mrs. Rebecca A. Dungo, grade VI teacher served as Officer In Charge (OIC) of the school. On September 28, 1998, Ms. Cecilia A. Gallego, who was on her 24th year of service at Meycauayan West central School was given an advice of her appointment as teacher-In-Charge of Bayugo Elem. School with seven classes, a complete elementary school. She had been a Teacher-In-Charge for almost eight years, from 1998 up to the early part of 2009. It was in March 2009 when she became a principal after passing the principalship examination. Because of increasing number of enrolment and number of teachers, the school became a principal II item elem.school. This became the reason why Ms. Gallego had to be transferred to other principal I item elementary school. Mrs. Cecilia P. Buenaventura, Principal II takes the position on 2010 -2011 followed by Ma. Lourdes Fajardo form 2012 – 2013, Mrs. Edna O. Angeles from 2013-2015, Mrs Mercedita G. Llenado from 2015-2017. And at present Mr. Rodelio C. Blanco April up to the present.
