Executive Committee

The Executive Committee of Barkada Kontra Bisyo (BKB) serves as the central leadership body responsible for steering the organization’s strategic direction and overseeing its operations. Composed of elected officers, the committee ensures that BKB’s programs, projects, and initiatives align with its mission of promoting youth empowerment, advocacy against vices, and the holistic development of students. Sean Gabriel O. Altoveros

The President of Barkada Kontra Bisyo (BKB) serves as the chief executive and primary leader of the organization. Tasked with guiding the overall direction and vision of BKB, the President oversees the planning and execution of programs, ensures the smooth functioning of all committees, and represents the organization in official events and collaborations. As the face of BKB, the President exemplifies leadership, integrity, and commitment to the organization’s mission of empowering youth and promoting a positive, vice-free student community.

Hera Alexa V. Esplana

The Vice-President Internal of Barkada Kontra Bisyo (BKB) is responsible for managing the organization’s internal affairs and ensuring effective communication among officers and members. This officer oversees the coordination of internal activities, monitors attendance and participation, and assists in implementing programs and projects. By fostering collaboration and maintaining organizational discipline, the Vice-President Internal helps sustain a productive and engaged membership, supporting the President in achieving BKB’s mission and goals.

Rhogel Andrew O. Paredes

The Vice-President for External Affairs of Barkada Kontra Bisyo (BKB) is responsible for managing the organization’s relationships and collaborations with external partners, stakeholders, and the community. This officer coordinates outreach programs, represents BKB in inter-school or community events, and facilitates partnerships that support the organization’s initiatives. By building and maintaining strong external connections, the Vice-President for External Affairs helps enhance BKB’s visibility, impact, and advocacy for youth empowerment and a vice-free student community.

The Secretary of Barkada Kontra Bisyo (BKB) is responsible for maintaining accurate records of the organization’s activities, meetings, and communications. This officer prepares minutes, manages official correspondence, and ensures that all members are informed about schedules, events, and announcements. The Assistant Secretary of Barkada Kontra Bisyo (BKB) supports the Secretary in managing the organization’s records, communications, and documentation.
