Barkada Kontra Bisyo envisions a generation of Filipino learners who are vice-free, disciplined, resilient, and future-ready, inspired by faith in God, respect for human dignity, love for the environment, and commitment to nation-building. We strive to create a drug-free and healthy learning community where every learner can reach their full potential and contribute meaningfully to society. 

Barkada Kontra Bisyo, as a student-centered and peer-led movement, commits itself to:

• Uphold Maka-Diyos by promoting spirituality, moral integrity, and purposeful living, guiding learners to make value-based choices away from vices.

• Live out Maka-tao by fostering compassion, solidarity, and mutual support, ensuring that no student is left behind in the fight against destructive habits.

• Practice Makakalikasan by advocating for a holistic lifestyle that values health, wellness, and environmental stewardship as foundations of a vice-free life.

• Strengthen Makabansa by developing disciplined, patriotic, and responsible youth leaders who contribute to a safe, progressive, and sustainable Philippines.
