Early registration is mainly for:
Incoming Kindergarten
Incoming Grade 1, Grade 7, and Grade 11 learners
Balik-Aral/Transferees to public schools and learners entering basic education for the first time
During early registration present the following information or documents for verification:
Basic Education Early Registration Form — completed with learner’s details (available at the school)
Birth Certificate — to verify the learner’s age (usually PSA-issued or certified true copy)
Learner Reference Number (LRN) — for learners already in the system (if applicable)
Supporting documents as needed (e.g., for transfer learners prior school records) — if the child is transferring from another school
