MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATION

Eligibility Requirements

1. Must be residing or working within the area of operation (Barangays Bakakeng Norte/Sur, Bakakeng Central, Camp 7, SLU-SVP) for at least two (2) years

2. Must be between 18 and 65 years of age

3. Must attend the Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES)

4. Must pledge to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of a member

5. Must submit the following documents:

   • Duly accomplished Membership Application Form (MAF)

   • Two (2) recent 2x2 ID photos

   • Barangay Certificate issued for cooperative membership purposes

   • Photocopy of a valid government-issued ID or birth/marriage certificate

Associate Membership

• Must qualify as a regular member within two (2) years

• Accounts of minors or savers shall be placed under the name of parents or guardians
