For the School Year 2020 – 2021, Allacapan Central Elementary School offers basic education through modular learning modality. Teachers provide the printed materials and parents are required to retrieve and return the modules every Friday of the week. But if there are issues and concerns regarding the printed modules, we have the online platforms such as creating a group chat in the Messenger in every section to easily access every parent, as well as other stakeholders of the school.
Everybody’s concern is to observe the IATF protocols like wearing face mask and face shield, observing social distance, and always using disinfectants such as soap, alcohol, etc. to safeguard individuals who are coming to the school.
For Kindergarten to Grade 3, the adaptation of the Mother Tongue-Based Multi-Lingual Education is the primary medium of instruction for teaching and learning. On the other hand, from Grade 4 to Grade 6 classes use English language as the medium of instruction except for Filipino, TLE/EPP, and Araling Panlipunan subjects in which teachers use Filipino language in delivering the lessons to be taught based on the Most Essential Learning Competencies (MELCs).
The basic education aims to build on the practical experiences and fruitful outcomes of development of the primary school curriculum. Allacapan Central Elementary School ensures to offer a quality education despite the many challenges in the delivery of the MELCs through the various learning platforms. Delivery of the learning competencies may be through offline or online, synchronous or asynchronous.
