In response to its mandate to deliver quality education, Aparri East National High School, continuously stands to its principles of high-rate, enabling, nurturing, safe, gender-sensitive and inclusive education catering high school learners from the municipality of Aparri and its neighboring municipalities through its programs, policies, projects and activities.

This aspiration serves as a roadmap for the school to set its direction in terms of strong collaboration with all stakeholders.
