Description of I-CARE

Project I-CARE I (Interventions for Comprehension and Reading Enhancement) which is anchored to I-Read (Intensified Interventions in Reading Enhancement and Advancement), a Program of the SCC Division aims to provide the learners some interventions to improve their reading and comprehension capabilities.
