The Junior High School Levels, which range from grades 7 to 10, are included in the High School Department.
The Senior High School and the Junior High School are both located in the main building, which is four stories tall and shares the expansive space with both schools.

The Bolingit National High School goes through ongoing training and formation with specialized consultants and other resource persons, both in terms of their professional development and their own personal growth as individuals.

Every day, the average day begins at approximately 7:15 AM and continues until 4:15 PM. Two breaks—a snack break and a lunch break—are taken at regular intervals throughout the day.
Learners in Junior High School participate in challenging academic topics, extra subjects, and a variety of other special programs throughout the course of the school week.
The students will be studying the following topics: English, Filipino, Mathematics, Araling Panlipunan, TLE, MAPEH, and Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao.
Aside from these topics, time is also set aside for homeroom and clubs during the school day. Both emphasize engaging learners in activities that will help them grow as individuals and as members of their communities.
Throughout the course of the school year, there are various special programs. Some examples of these are different trainings, workshop and seminars.
In the tenth grade, learners are required to participate in an activity that has been mandated by the government as part of the National Service Training Program.

1. Experiential Learning
Experiential learning is an excellent instructional strategy because it inspires students' creative thinking, teaches them how to grow from their errors, cultivates reflective thought, and gets them ready for new experiences in the future. It is useful for a variety of topics, particularly when conducting research in the scientific field, coaching athletes, or working on group projects.
2. Differentiation
This is a very conventional method for instructing students of varying levels of competence, but if it is handled with care, it has the potential to be effective. For instance, in our school, some teachers may decide to teach completely different material based on the capability of the students in their class.
3. Game-Based Learning
As we continue our investigation into the use of gamification in education, we find that playing video games is associated to an increase in dopamine production. Therefore, adding some ideas from video games into education in our teaching can actually have beneficial effects on the mood of students, making them more driven to achieve in their academic endeavors.
4. Student-centered Learning
Students in student-centered learning approaches are encouraged to take an active role in the classroom, rather than participating in activities that are more passive, such as listening to a lecture or writing an essay. This is in contrast to traditional learning approaches, which place the focus on the teacher. They will engage in a great deal of conversation with both their classmates and their instructors, and they will also be encouraged to inquire, which is an essential component of inquiry-based learning.
