Concepcion Elementary School is located along Roberto E. Chico Street. It has a total lot area of eight thousand one hundred thirty-seven square meters (8,137 sq. m.). This lot was donated on 1948 by the kind-hearted Antonia Arsinas Vda. De Fernando. The first group of pupils in this school was handled by Miss Candida Malacca. It was year 1954 when the first graduation was held.

       As the barangay population continued to grow, the school population also did. In this view, the school had to extend its services of accommodating all school-aged children in the barangay. In order to respond to this situation, addition of classrooms, improving of school facilities and hiring more teachers were done.

        At present, Concepcion Elementary School is the second largest school in Baliwag South District and also considered as one of the top-performing schools in Bulacan.
