Mrs. Rosie F. Capili, the Teacher-In-Charge of Virginia Elementary School was selected to be one of the researcher-writers of the SDO Cagayan History and as the representative of Sto. Nino District.
Mrs.Chelo C. Tangan, the Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, and the chairman of the said reorganization of researcher writers conducted virtual conference to the sixteen writers on January 7, 2021.During the orientation, Tangan expressed her gratefulness to all the researcher writers for accepting the tasks whole heartedly. “Our trust is you”, she said…

ROSIE F. CAPILI was recognized as one of the 17 writers of the History of Cagayan last July 19, 2021.
The said recognition of writers was one of the highlights of the Founding Anniversary of SDO Cagayan thru the Assistant Schools Division Supt. of CD2, DR. Chelo C. Tangan.
CAPILI received a Certificate of Recognition for serving as a writer of the Enhanced History of SDO Cagayan.
