Midrib Broom Making

Industrial Arts is one of the part of EPP or TLE subject. It is in this subject when a pupil learn and taught how to be industrious, resourceful, patient and responsible citizen. A designated grading period is spent for their industrial arts. The learners sometimes are bored due to their unpainted classroom. If evaluations are to assess it is really somewhat not conducive to learning a it should be.

A classroom PTA meeting is held to inform parents about the problem in the classroom.

A suggested activity is for the pupils paired by parents to undergo an income generating project through midrib room making. They did at EPP hours and for the parents they did at home. Every Friday pupils will submit 3 midrib so with the parents for every week for 3 months . That time we had a total enrolment of 18. The pupils and parents enjoyed it much.

Pupils 18 X 12 (midrid/week) = 216 X 3 (months)= 648

Parents 18x12 (midrib/week) = 216 X 3 (months)= 648

1,296 X 10= Php. 12, 960 total number of proceed

Php. 12,960 total proceed is used to purchase window curtains and painting of the grade VI room in preparation for the Classroom evaluation where Grade VI room and garden ranked as FIRST PLACE.
