Transparency is operating in such a way that it is easy for the stakeholders and the community to see what actions are performed in the school. Transparency implies openness, communication, and accountability.

In accordance with RA 9485 (Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007), all schools are mandated by law to have a tranparency board on School MOOE posting all school expenditures using the allocated funds. In addition

In view of this, San Juan Elementary has its own transparency board with the MOOE liquidation report, school canteen operations, SEF projects, donations, and other financial reports.
