Cabaggan Elementary School was established in 1948. It has a land area of 6862 square meters donated by the late Mr. Domingo Guinacaran. It is approximately 900 meters away from the Maharlika Highway and is four kilometers away from the Poblacion where the Pamplona District Office is located. The school is situated at the center of Barangay Cabaggan. At its northern part, lies the Roman Catholic Church and at its northeastern part is the barangay gymnasium and the barangay hall.
Accessible means of transportation are by land and water. The river serves as a waterway for fish vendors from sitio Minanga of Barangay Tabba. Hence, aside from the children in the community, the school also caters to the needs of the children of said vendors for practical reasons and children from Barangay Nagtupacan.
