EARTH DAY 2021

Garbages have been increasing rapidly and the adverse impacts it can give to the environment are extremely evident. Plastics take a long time to decompose, so they stay on the surface of the earth for a lengthy period of time.

In line with the commemoration of Earth Day 2021, I, as one of the ENR Ambassadors of DENR-R02 joined the Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo (KKDAT) Nabannagan East in a Clean Up Drive Activity to promote waste reduction, recycling and reuse, and create public awareness on waste management and environmental concerns.

The said initiative was successfully done through the active leadership of PMSg Florence Ann Butac, PSB Officer under the direct supervision of PMAJ Reynaldo A. Viernes, ACOP, KKDAT- Nabannagan East Members, and participation of the Barangay Officials headed by Brgy. Captain Ernesto M. Umbrero.
