SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN

Plans are of little importance but planning is essential. If we create a culture where every teacher believes they need to improve, not because they can be even better, there is no limit to what we can achieve and the most valuable resource that all teachers have is each other without collaboration our growth is limited to our own respective.
