Casicallan Elementary School offers the K-12 curriculum from school year 2012-2013 up to 2019-2020 in Kindergarten up to Grade 6. But due to the COVID -19 pandemic where holding of classes in schools for school year 2020-2021 is compromised due to prohibition of convergence and face to face contact, the school has adopted the K-12 MELC or Most Essential Learning Competencies which according to the DepEd are what the students need, considered indispensable, in the teaching-learning process to building skills to equip learners for subsequent grade levels and subsequently, for lifelong learning.

To make learning continue, the school and the community identified the effective modality to be implemented. The survey in the LESF came out that Modular distance learning was preferred by the parents and pupils.
