I. INTRODUCTION

School canteen is one sourceof funds to supplement the needs of the school. The amount generated from it is for the improvement of H.E room, school clinic, incidental expenses and the bigger portion is allotted for the feeding program.

II. OBJECTIVE

1. Allotted some funds from the proceeds of the school canteen for incidental expenses such as labor and snack of the carpenter and other needs of the school.

III. OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE

(Based on DepEd order no. 8, s. 2007 on the revised implementing guidelines on the operation and management of school canteen in Public Elementary and Secondary schools 6.5)

IV. RESULT IMPACT

Hence, canteen is where food has been sold, the canteen coordinator always supervised the food if it is safe and nutritious for everybody. Aside from this, a portion of it was utilized for the incidental expenses to cater the needs of the pupils who participates in the extracurricular activities outside the school.

V. CONCLUSION

The said fundwere implemented properly.The pupils able to attend outside activities that broaden their knowledge and skills. This shows thatcanteen has a great help in every needs of the school. Hence, food sold also in the canteen are nutritious and properly prepared.
