School Improvement Plan

The School Improvement Plan (SIP) is a roadmap that lays down specific interventions that a school, with the help of the community and other stakeholders, will undertake within a period of three consecutive school years.

The purpose of a school improvement plan is to guide the school improvement problem-solving and planning process throughout the year and help identify and organize strategies and resources that will lead to increased student achievement at the school.
