We envision SMWES as an educational institution in Barangay Sta. Margarita where internal and external stakeholders work together to improve functional learning outcomes. We envision self-fulfilled young men and women of character and integrity, imbued with Filipino values with a passion for service and commitment to truth and justice to serve as positive agents for positive change in their school and community.

SMWES aims to provide relevant quality education to each learner, in a pupil centered, friendly and well-driven learning environment with committed teachers and school head, adequate resources and facilities, and strong supportive stakeholders, all towards helping each learner to reach his/her full potential for lifelong learning. Ultimately, we hope to mold our students into critically aware and socially responsible agents of positive change in their school and community.
