WE know and understand that you have a busy life and so any things you need to do on personal and family matters.

Getting you involved in school activities and feeling your wholehearted support really make difference.

To mention a few in your actions, getting our meeting grow in attendance is really overwhelming. We are made to understand that we can only improve our school with your help.

Lots of accomplishment were noted for the past two months.

We have the school office be put up with a ceiling. We made painting and some minor repairs to make out school better

The per grade “ Ragop” a scheduled cleaning and gardening makes our surrounding pleasing to see

Vegetable garden plots and plantboxes were well maintained.

Without you dear parents, we cannot do things possible. Without your support in our school we can accomplished nothing. Your efforts are highly appreciated.

Zenaida M. Cortez is a leader of learning who can develop a team delivering effective instruction. October 2017 when Paruddun Sur Elementary School family wholeheartedly welcome her as their newly assigned school Head.

As a leader, she believes that “Education is the most powerful weapon were you can use to change the world.” by Nelson Bandera. She then sets the tone for the school with her boldness, determination, perseverance and vision. Because of her dedication to work and focus on education and learning, she achieves greater excellence through her best practices and accomplishments.

Under Cortez leadership and guidance, the school reach the next levels of glory with a lot of accomplishments. Projects and donations from stakeholders were established, The renovation and tiling of the Mini- gymnasium was made into reality, through the support of the Barangay Council Headed by PB Cynold Pigao, The completion of 12-span perimeter fence that secures the school. Other accomplishments are as follows, tiling of the School pergola, renovation of the flagpole, ceiling of 3 classroom in the RP-US building through the LGU. Repainting and renovation of other school infrastructure are also done every year.

The school has also noted some best practices, like the intensified classroom supervision, home visitation, remedial classes, utilization of the DCP, Saturday MTAP and Journalism review and others.

Indeed, Zenaida M. Cortez has an effective leadership in a school that produce better end-of-year results. She builds a stronger and more positive campus culture and create inspired child learners, Cortez has also remained successful in delivering positive results. Truly she guides the school to better teaching and learning.
