Child Protection Policy
Child Protection Policy
DepEd has adopted the policy to provide special protection to children who are gravely threatened or endangered by circumstances which affect their normal development and over which they have no control, and to assist the concerned agencies in their rehabilitation.
A Child Protection Policy is an organization's commitment to protect children from abuse, exploitation and organizational negligence. This is reflected in the way an organization conducts its activities and the way staff behave. Child Protection Procedures are how an organization puts its policy into action.
