In support to Philippine National Police San Carlos City Station, Dr. Sheila Marie A. Primicias initiated the OPLAN SAGIP (Sama-sama Gabayan Alagaan and bawat isa para maiwasan ang Panggagahasa) to educate learners, parents,teachers and community on various prevention programs for a safer environment to learners.
