In support to Philippine National Police San Carlos City Station, Dr. Sheila Marie Primicias initiates/spearheads Project SAGIP (Sama-samang Alagaan at Gabayan ang bawat isa para ma-Iwasan ang Panggagahasa) in reaction to the startlingly high number of sexual assault cases, a global problem that crosses social, cultural, and economic barriers and affects people everywhere. 

DOYONG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL supports Project SAGIP because it has turned into a symbol of hope, enabling nearby communities to actively prevent sexual assault by bringing attention to the issue and working together.
