Group Advising Dates & Times - Fall 2026

The OCS Application Cycle is open and students can complete an application for programs during the Summer 2027, Fall 2027, and Spring 2028 terms! One of the first steps in the process is to attend a Group Advising session. All students are required to attend one Group Advising session. After you attend a session, you will be sent an email confirmation that you can use for your application. Please watch for a email from messages@via-trm.com. 

Group Advising sessions are hosted by an OCS Advisor and are a time for students to learn about OCS policies, consider their goals/needs related to programs, and ask questions. These sessions are one hour and hosted twice a week. Students do not need to register for them in advance.  

Thursdays, 11:30 am to 12:30 pm in Slayter Auditorium (Slayter 4th floor)*

Fridays, 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm in Shepardson College Room (Slayter 4th floor)*

Group Advising ends on November 13th!

Group Advising sessions for November 6th and November 12th will be in Burton Morgan 115. 

Group Advising is cancelled on October 8th and over Fall Break. Instead, an alternate session will be hosted Monday, Oct 12, 12:00 - 1:00 in Shepardson (Slayter 4th floor).
