One big difference between elementary and middle school is the school day schedule. Every student will start each day with Enrichment class (0 hour), which will provide extra help for English and Match classes. Every student will then have 8, approximately 46 minute classes each day, with 3 minutes between each class. 3 minutes does not sound like a lot of time, but trust us, students are able to make it from class to class on time. (This also means that you may have 6 different teachers!)

All 6th graders eat lunch after 3rd period in the cafeteria, while all 7th graders eat lunch after 4th, and all 8th graders after 5th.

Please note that while we don't expect any changes, the schedule may change for the 2022/2023 school year.

• 2 periods of English

• 2 periods of Math

• 1 Social Studies

• 1 Science

**All Core Classes have Regular and Honors options**

Electives

• PE or Pre-Athletics

• 1 Elective of your choice
