Language Arts Enrichment can be very different depending on strength and/or grade level.
Upper Elementary Language Arts Enrichment uses the QFT (Question Formulation Technique) and Depth and Complexity to really learn something deeply.
Question Formulation Technique - QFT = This is a process that is being used in Language Arts Enrichment. Asking questions is a skill that is natural for curious minds and this is a way to help children become comfortable with the process. Click on QFT for more information.
There is so much out there to be curious about! When a child comes into Language Arts Enrichment we try together to help students narrow down the many many exciting things out there to learn about. The QFT process helps the student get to a Focus Topic that he/she is truly interested in by asking questions.
Once the Focus is identified, then students design a project by answering the questions that they generated about the topic. Every student's project looks a little different.
