All students are required to send transcripts to the post-secondary institutions (PSI) they have applied to.  Some PSIs may ask that you email a copy of your transcript or self-report your grades to them, however, ALL will want a transcript submitted through the Student Transcript Service (STS).  Check out the link above for instructions on how to do this.
