The feedback form is a communication tool for students to submit if they have any feedback and/or suggestions for my class. It will also be used as a place for students to express concerns, share important information, and discuss changes in their academic and/or personal lives. It provides students the opportunity to say "I wish my teacher knew..."
The responses to this form go directly to Ms. Wright and will not be shared unless necessary.
