Request an NHS Tutor

Teachers, students, and guardians can fill out the form above to request an NHS tutor for a current Delsea MS or HS student.

Alumni Transcript Form

Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your request, once it's been received.  Aside from school holidays, Transcript Requests are processed all year-round.  We do not charge for this.

Please Note:  If you will be picking up your Transcript, do not forget to bring a valid form of identification with you.  Come to the HS Guidance Office between Monday-Friday 7 am-3 pm.

If you are having someone else pick up your Transcript, your verbal and written permission is required or we will not release your Transcript to anyone other than you.  Indicating their name on this request form (under Additional Notes), will suffice as written permission.  They will also be required to show a valid form of Identification.  It is up to you to call our office with your verbal permission.
